Great pricing and promotions but an annoying experience...

Great pricing and promotions. However, I had a recent order for Challenge Strada Pro tires where the weigh listed on the Web site was inaccurate. The Web site stated 250 grams yet when I received the tires and weighed them they were 280 grams. That's a big difference so I returned the tires for refund and I now have to pay a restocking fee. This is the only time this company has annoyed me...

New restocking fee is the pits.

The winter Fizik winter boots I ordered, one full size up, were still too small (typical Italian company) so had to return. I discovered there is now a restocking charge, even on new, unused returns. I will be looking for alternative dealers now, which I don't want to do. But its not fair to charge people a restocking fee for unused returns that are still very undersized/unused.

Nothin gives me greater joy than ordering and waiting on my package. I did not need ay of this stuff but wanted it all. That Camel stainless steel Podium bottle kept ice in it for 30 miles and would have lasted 60. Gloves kept my hands warm down to 36 degrees.
