Made me feel comfortable

Initially, I was on the fence about ordering the parts I needed from wheelchairparts.net. After speaking with Jesus, he was very polite, professional knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable about this purchase. I will continue ordering my parts from now on through here.

Kind, knowledgeable staff providing excellent customer service.

Jaye who first took my call and Juan, the manager were both very helpful. Juan patiently guided me in deciding what to buy and was able to expedite the order so we could have the new all terrain tires, tubes, axles and spacers before leaving for a camp next week. He also helped with determining a proper axle length since the new tire is wider than standard wheelchair tires. Both warned about the rear wheels being higher and in order to avoid a forward tilt that the casters may need to be raised. I am impressed with their knowledge and their care for the customer. I highly recommend working with this company for their expertise and their excellent customer service.
