While I normally don’t have issues with orders from Whiskey River, this time they only sent half of one type of wedge I ordered. I emailed them twice in two weeks about it and have heard nothing. I have however received around 4 promotional emails.
You Guy's are just as good as "Buckin" Billy Ray say's you are. You really have a GREAT Company...
Excellent service, very quality and precise handle best I have ever had. Used there 28” axe hande on a vintage axe head and really brought the old axe to life. Really impressed with the grain orientation kerf and straightness top notch truly grade A.
Great response and customer service. Thank you
The only thing I could say is that I wish the sheath that I purchased for my sport utility Hudson Bay was fully welted. The quality of the axe is superb
This team is fantastic. Always pushing the bar on customer service. Thanks guys!!
Awesome company and awesome products. Quick delivery and quick email responses regarding any concerns I've had. 5 star rating!
Axes were very loose in box with little protective packing. 2 of 4 wedges were lost during shipping. They were just loose in the box. I emailed to request replacements which I am sure will arrive shortly. Service was fast. Box and packing just weak. Axes and handles were superb, exactly as described on website.
Too stupid to verify customer email addresses. I didn't order anything from your company but some dumbass who repeatedly can't spell his own name did. Your system is too stupid to verify email addresses before spamming me with potential PII for the dumbass who doesn't know how to type is own email.
I always have a great experience purchase from Whiskey River. My products ship quickly and are packaged well. They carry quality products.
I have nothing but great reviews I can give Whiskey River! I'm a relatively new customer. I have spent years looking for the right axes, and timing of purchases. I acquired two 5lb splitter axes and recently 8lb mauls. I plan on retiring at some point in life and the life I want, will involve good axes. The team at Whiskey River is prompt and within no time, my order is sitting on my portch. I will continue purchasing more axes in the future, out of desire or need. (I am using them right now for working out. I guess I really didn't need them but, desire outweighed waiting.)
I received a b grade pack axe handle…. They stated that their b grade handle are far superior than hardware store handles, not the case with mine
Great axes, great company
Just added the 5 lbs. Council Tool splitting axe to my collection. I know it will be a fantastic tool.
That 5 lb splitting axe is a pretty good tool- rather like everything else I've purchased from you. I don't know the technicalities, but when the axe feels good and acts with authority, one does not mistreat or get rid of it.
I’m very pleased with the products and customer service from WR….they’re great and I will definitely be a return customer with them.
Another superb handle from you guys keep up the great work thanks again
Have only ordered twice, but the handles I have received have been excellent. I will order more.
Exactly as described. Arrived quickly. Extra surprise in the box. Very pleased and will order from WRTC again.
