Zero stars. NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY. Ships from US “apparently”. Overcharged by at least $20. Will never see the money. I don’t hate my Elbows Up hat, so that’s a plus, but this company is a scam. Emailed and asked about why they ship from US if they’re a Canadian company MANUFACTURING ON HOME SOIL and they skirted the issue. Have been receiving messages about tracking my package that was delivered 2 weeks ago. This company is NOT Canadian. Do not buy.
BEWARE. Like other buyers, I was scammed by this company into believing they manufacture and ship in Canada from a Waterloo Ontario address. This is a Chinese company posing as Canadian. The shirts and hats I purchased were low screen-printed polyester, and they WILL overcharge you by ~$20 or so. STAY AWAY. I should have checked with Trustpilot first.
Product was falsely advertised as Made in Canada. It is not. 3 hours after ordering, I cancelled but they refused. They overcharged me by about $20. They refused to take back the product even though it was damaged on arrival. Product is not size right (All items too small) and is very very poor quality. Now disputing the credit card charges as fraud.
If I could give them a ZERO review I would. Ordered a sweatshirt, it was terrible quality, sizing was completely off and when requesting a refund they offered me $4CAD instead of the $60CAD they charged me. They claim to be a Canadian company - they are not. Their item shipped from New Mexico and is a Chinese product. I would NOT recommend this company - hard lesson learned.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Advertises it's produced and shipped from Canada. I got notice it was shipping from the US and I wrote to them. Like others I got the excuse we have many warehouses blah blah. It's a scam to take advantage of Canadians wanting to support our own country. I did get the product and doesn't look like the shirt I ordered. It's cheap polyester and definitely was not made in Canada. Beware it's a scam!!
Do not even think about ordering from these people! I initially had given them my credit card and immediately canceled my order to which I have about a dozen emails confirming they did so!! They charged my credit card anyway and sent the item now they're expecting me to pay for it when it was canceled March 9th the same day it was ordered. They are disgusting and I have wasted so much time going back and forth with them confirming that the order had been canceled, and apologizing to me for the inconvenience. Now they send me a picture of them in my building unbeknownst to me with an order at the mailbox and not at my door... so I never even got it! In my opinion this is a scam!!! Do not order from them do not even think about ordering from them....run!!@
Hard to believe that this company can advertise as 100% Canadian when all of their products have made in China labels on them. Remember folks, Google is your friend.
This is no way in my opinion that this is made in Canada quality the lowest I have seen cheap also payment is to a Chinese company which you don’t see until the payment is completed and no way to cancel in my opinion this is a scam and we should be able to report it and there is no tag to say where it mad made or how to care for their products
This company claims to produce products made here in Canada. I ordered an "Elbows Up" t-shirt. It took an entire month to get here, originated in China and passed through US customs, and when it finally go here it's the most laughably poor print quality I have ever seen. I think they scaled up their stolen product images and printed from that. Do not buy! At least I didn't give them my card number directly...

My baseball cap sure looked alot better online, my payment went to some Chinese company when I got my package I was totally looking forward to opening it and when I did it was complete disappointment its just a silkscreen even the Canada flag🇨🇦 is silkscreen. Save your money!

Scam company!! Big warning! They claim to be Canadian but the money goes to Hong Kong and the products are sent from the US. The customer service will not answer any questions. This is a fraud.
i'm thinking this company is a scam . not made in canada at all. i ordered 2 hats when i paid i saw chinese writing tracking shows ireland they refuse to answer if they are in canada save your money people My order has just left Ireland that's 2 weeks. First of all, my payment went to a Chinese company and my package came from China, so this is NOT a Canadian company and I do not believe that the clothing is made in Canada. Secondly, it is the cheapest crap ever. It looks NOTHING like the brightly coloured pictures that are advertised. The fabric is a thin and cheap. Nothing is made from the usual t-shirt material. DO NOT BUY IT! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!
The advertisement on Facebook claims "Ethically made in Canada" and "100% made in Canada". All false. The product is made in China and comes through a warehouse in the U.S.

Worst buying experience ever. Piers and cheats. Goods are not made in Canada. Took over a month to clear customs. Asked for my money back numerous times
