5-Star and I will be referring Yana to others
I thought I could review this an put in my name....why is it in my husband's? He has had nothing to do with this ticket! I appreciated Yana's careful review of my wishes for travel. She advised me not to rush as this is an important decision. Yana also did not rush me either! She had me include all relevant information including global entry number etc. I didn't feel as though I had to check her work. I also appreciated that she got me seats on the plane and including me in all the decision making.
