Wholesale Hoses is a wonderful company that provides an excellent shopping experience, great customer service and good follow up after the sale. Unfortunately they use FedX, so when the customer expects the package by the estimated delivery date, they are disappointed when that date comes and goes without the needed hose. Giving the 5 star rating despite the decision to cheap out on delivery. I was supposed to have my hose today but it’s stuck in New Jersey and FedX won’t say when it’s gonna be delivered. Yay!

I ordered a 4’ x 100’ hose. I was sent 4‘ x 12‘ hose. We were needing this as soon as we received it. Now we are out of commission for another week until we receive the correct hose.
