Well, it didn't start great because it took 3 months before I received my tablet, even though I had paid the required amount. Finally, after making contact, the tablet arrived within 2 weeks. The representative was very apologetic, yet I understand that it was not her fault. Every thing has been awesome since. I would recommend Whoop to anyone.
Whoop Connect made getting data and a tablet as easy as possible for a customer. Shipping went surprisingly smooth as well. I have never experienced any connection trouble regardless of where I use my data on my tablet. I am confident if I happen to come across any issues in the future Whoop Connect will help me get it solved in a timely manner. Overall my experience has been extremely satisfying. Thank You Whoop Connect!
Service is good it works all the time you just need to be familiar with brick tech and what is going on with it. When you actually get into looking at things it just makes you question where some of your data is going (if something's free you're the product)and why it is so intrusive but I mean hey free internet right, 😈🤡
Whoop Connect is easy to use, convenient and the service is great! I have had to call a couple of times trying to make sure I had complied with all required and also to ask a question or two. Each time the representative was always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The only thing I could say that is negative would be that we will only have this great service thru June, 2024. I do hope that it will extend for all of us.
