I've given 5 stars for good reason

I've given 5 stars for good reason. This is my first review for Win777, but I have been a member of this platform and it's sister sites for around 4 or 5 years now and between Win777, the others and I countless thousands have been exchanged in the course of my time playing with them. Now while I cannot say Win777 has yielded the most, I can say that it has it's perks above the others that keep me coming back to it. Seems the odds change with all of them, no matter what company or platform, who offer these types of games but we all know that.. Win777 seems like the odds stay favorable the most to me. Recommended for sure.

They make policy to not payout winnings

I take it all back. They're withholding my redeem, stating it goes against their policy, not having one through a deposit but bonuses when I never received a bonus through my deposits. I received a reward, not a bonus on the platform.Use that to play one another. They don't not want to withdraw after spending over ten thousand with them

I give 4 stars because I have been…

I give 4 stars because I have been playing with them for several years. I have never encountered a problem until now. It took 5 or 6 photos of my id before they would approve verification. I won a little over a month ago and did not have to go through verification at that time. I was only trying to cash out 40$ this time. We'll my verification finally passed, I was giving 5$ freeplay to leave a review. I added the free play to the platform I was trying to cash out from. When I realized this i was told that it would be deposited after my withdrawal processed. Normally they will not load money onto a platform if you have a balance. I got an email saying my deposit was added. So now I have 47$ on the platform. I got another email telling me my withdrawal was declined because I needed to wager another 47$ to cash out. OK so I go play and now im at 76$ . I would like to cash out 70$ please. Cant because even tho my verification was approved the verification needed screen was still coming up. After several chats with customer service FINALLY I can get to the withdrawal screen again. My withdrawal is being processed. After 3 days!! Really let me down win777! Like I said never had any issues until now.
