Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People frequently praise the stylish designs, noting that the glasses feel very comfortable, offer exceptionally clear vision, and deliver fantastic value compared to expensive major brands. Consumers also genuinely appreciate the prompt shipping times, secure packaging, and overall helpful service received during their purchasing journey.
However, some reviewers were not happy with certain design flaws, mentioning that specific frames caused unexpected light glare or visual distractions when wearing them outdoors. A few other people also reported receiving items they felt were of poor quality or experienced frustration with expensive return fees.

Beautiful design on glasses , lenses are amazing but a fundamental flaw in the frames in that, if you’re out in direct sunlight the frame reflects a blinding glare into your eyes when at the right angle. Shame as I would have liked to buy more , but this isn’t ideal when it completely defeats the purpose of wearing sunglasses
I’m extremely disappointed with how WMP…handled expedited shipping
I’m extremely disappointed with how WMP handled my first experience ordering from them.
I placed my order Friday evening and paid extra for expedited shipping. I completely understand that WMP does not process orders over the weekend. That isn’t my issue.
The problem is what happened Monday.
After I contacted customer service about the shipping, I was specifically told that my order “was shipped out today” and that the package had already been “handed over to the carrier,” so nothing could be done about the shipping speed.
Except FedEx tracking told a completely different story.
The shipping label was created Monday at 2:49 PM, and FedEx continued to show only “Shipment information sent to FedEx” and “Label created.” FedEx also stated that they would provide a delivery date once they actually received the package.
I responded to WMP Monday night pointing this out.
Now, nearly a full day later, the tracking still has not changed. No FedEx acceptance scan. No movement. No estimated delivery date. Nothing indicating that FedEx ever received the package.
There is a big difference between creating a shipping label and actually handing a package to FedEx.
What makes this more frustrating is that WMP specifically used the claim that the package had already been handed over to FedEx as the reason nothing could be done. Based on the tracking information, that statement simply does not line up with what FedEx is reporting.
I was offered 30% off a future purchase, but that completely misses the point. I shouldn’t have to ask a company to make a situation right after paying extra for a service I clearly did not receive as expected. At this point, I’m not looking for a discount or asking for a refund. The company had the opportunity to recognize the issue and handle it appropriately on its own.
I will not order from WMP again, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone else.
Customer service isn’t just about responding to an email. It’s about giving customers accurate information and taking ownership when something goes wrong.

Jacob,
Thank you for laying this out so clearly. You're right on the part that matters most: a label being created is not the same as a package being handed to FedEx, and we told you otherwise. That was inaccurate, and it's the part I'm sorriest about.
Here's what actually happened. Your order was packed and labeled Monday afternoon, during FedEx's pickup for the day, so they had already come and gone. It stayed at our facility overnight and went out with today's pickup.
I reached out to you directly and refunded the expedited shipping you paid. You told us you weren't asking for it or expecting any sort of refund, but we felt that it was owed.
On our end, I'm coaching the team on our carrier pickup cutoff and on the difference between an order being fulfilled and an order being shipped, so the next customer gets an accurate answer the first time.
I greatly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the poor experience that you had. I hope that you will allow us another chance to provide you with a better shopping experience.
