I understand how difficult it is to…

I understand how difficult it is to trust a website about service from a third party. And believe me i know the fear about comments that may be fake, but please guys trust me, its a very good and professional service. I though they focused mainly on WoW and other service would be cheap, but NO ! I tried a service other then WoW and the employer who helped me was very sweet and helpful, she was also understanding of my situation and managed (with the person teamworking with her) to help as best they could. All for saying that i am personally satiafied, its a big 5 stars \o/

No issues at all

No issues at all. Other similar services needed hand-holding. WoWVendor just got the job done with minimal input from me. Fast response. Highly recommend.

The Bait and Switch is back. Buyer beware

I was up late and thought that I’d purchase a carry since I was still awake. I purchased my run and was waiting for my invite when I got a message via discord from a “Scarlet” telling me that they cancelled my run but for a few dollars more they’d be more than happy to upgrade my run. Things happen. I get it. But maybe 20% of the times I book a run with these guys they cancel at the last minute or well after the raid was supposed to start while I was waiting for my invite. And the thing is they know that it’s going to be cancelled but still take money for runs they know that aren’t going to happen. And then like now, they offer you the opportunity to give them more money that they’ll happily take from you. These guys are absolutely awful and unprofessional. You’ve been warned.

Was good for DPS toons but when the service was used for a disc priest, it was less than great. Had to change desired dungeon and no healing loot trader.

I got what i wanted frm players to boost. They were all excellent perormers. The 2nd group were even better than the 1st group. High class players 5 star players made my game more easier plus 15 mins i think to spare, within timer :D. Nice 1

You can reschedule multiple times and it will be fine. Though, I don't like boosting services that much.

Not the best experience. Reluctant to trade loot.

Pros: The response time was great and the organizer was overall friendly. Cons: This is a 2-star review for two primary reasons. First, I was upfront that I was worried about getting it all done in one session due to the time. After 2-3 runs, a disconnect required abandoning a key and bringing in a replacement. The replacement was frankly undergeared for carrying in the role they came in. The next couple of runs were a struggle, even after I suggested we stop for the night and finish the next day. Second reason for 2-star review is that the same undergeared replacement was reluctant to trade a piece of loot, and even after trading it continued to plead for it the remainder of the night.

Private Coaching -- worth every penny!!

I did not know Wow Vendor offered coaching. The private coaching I received from Shedory and Viper was invaluable and something I plan to repeat. Having someone talking me thru mythic+ runs and pointing out where heavy healing was needed or how/when I needed to move was very, very beneficial. The coach gave me the confidence I needed to approach things on my own too.

Excellent service and very flexible. I've unfortunately had to reschedule several times and it's all been done without any obvious issues. The customer service representatives are an absolute pleasure to work with and there is very cohesive communication between the teams involved -- definitely a good example of how customer service should be for any company.
