Easy to find product and order it , pay for it, and ship it. Shipping cost was quit expensive.
John, Thank you for your response and for your support. We are in the process of revamping our website which will include better shipping options. We have a note on the checkout page that states that the shipping estimates may be higher than what the actual shipping cost is and we will lower it when possible. In your case that is what happened. The order came over with a shipping cost of $26.95. We were able to lower that to $21.89 before we processed the order and charged your card so you were charged the lower cost. It's pretty difficult to ship anything for less than $20 these days but we will always ship our orders at the most economical cost that we can.
