7 day free trial is a complete scam
Their 7 day free trial is an absolute scam! They ended the 7 day free trial after only 6 days and charged me for a premium subscription (the most expensive) before I could cancel. I was planning on cancelling before the subscription rolled over into a paid subscription upon the conclusion of the trial period, and was very shocked to see that I had already been charged a full 24 hours before this was due to happen. When I raised this issue with customer service they mostly denied that the trial had ended a day early and refused to actually listen to what I was telling them. I spoke to at least 5 different people (or dumb AI bots potentially), and they all gaslit me, insisting that the trial had been the full 7 days and they refused me a refund. However one person did admit that the trial does indeed end after 6 days, citing the reason for this enures customers have "uninterrupted services" despite the trial being marketed entirely as being for 7 days, and nowhere does it state that the trial actually concludes and a paid subscription will begin after 6 days- I believe this is a business practice based on scamming and theft, and a bunch of monkeys have more intelligence than the customer service team. Please take your business elsewhere and avoid these lying con artists...
Good Price, Good Service, Good Selection
Good Price, Good Service, Good Selection I've used 123RF on and off for a few years to get stock images. Probably the best prices that I could find, and good service when I've had issues. I'll be using it again if another project pops up.

The pictures are good and plentiful, so are the vectors (non-photo images), so are the freebies! The pricing is competitive.

AI generated images needs a lot
AI generated images program needs a lot of improvement. It's hard to get anything useful and it is impossible to create one AI character that remains consistent as elements of a story change.
