I needed to contact 1st-art-gallery on two separate matters a) delivery dates avoiding my holidays b) the photo I was sent to review not being sufficiently detailed. In both cases I got speedy and helpful replies and my issues were successfully addressed. Although I was anxious throughout about getting a painting from across the world, the excellent customer service did reassure me. And all turned out fine.

This is not my 1st experience by 1st Art Gallery. Regarding this 2nd one, I asked 1st Art Gallery, not to order my purchase in China. They have listened to me. This is how my painting was made in Cyprus, which is located in 🇪🇺. 👍 As usual, 1st Art Gallery sends a picture of your order as soon it is ready. From that moment on, you can ask for changes. 1st AG will send you another picture of your order modified. That’s great ! 1st art gallery’s listening quality make them very serious and trustworthy. My mother was a congresswoman and I wanted to celebrate her now that she's retired. I chose some of her best photos and my brother helped me by making some minor changes to the original photo.
