The staff spent a lot of time on a small account. Unfortunately, even with their assistance I have been unable to generate leads. Nobody returns calls. Email often do not work. Voice mail box is full. These are problems everyone faces, but they seem an insurmountable barrier with respect to my workers compensation practice. To date I am 1/14 at $175 per.

The best way to do this would be to make sure you are requesting credit for invalid leads and updating the Status of all leads so that we can get you MORE leads like the one that converted for you. It gives me confidence to re-invest back into the program. I sometimes don’t understand why some are declined when the client says one thing and the rep tells me they said something else.
