What people say
Sales people know the equipment, easy to communicate
Was looking for a quad otdr without spending a fortune. The sales support specifically Dan was extremely helpful with getting me into something I could afford for an upcoming project. They are quick to follow up with any questions about my order and I will def reach back out when I am in the market for a new splicer.

Where is my order shipment
Where is my order shipment? You charged my card, and I have nothing to date delivered. I'm not impressed.

Prices are great, good tech support
Bought a exfo ftb1 otdr and saved a couple grand. The prices cannot be beat. Plus their customer service and tech support is very helpful. Will be back.

Very sketchy company
Following receiving a confirmation email for my order, I received an email telling me to send them a picture of the front and back of my credit card and a picture of my government issue ID. I said no. When I received the unit, the case is a cheap plastic box...not the Fluke soft case. The Fluke USB was missing, the disk that is supposed to be a Fluke CD is actually a cheap home-made cd. So be very careful ordering from this company. They are substituting factory original with compromise. As of 12/3/25, the company has reached out to apologize for the issues mentioned above. They sent me the correct Fluke case and stated they’ve taken corrective measures to make sure they aren’t requesting sensitive information be disclosed. I won’t go back, but maybe this will help someone.

Thank You for your purchase! This $4,000 Order requested different bill to / ship to addresses. Our credit card processor requires us to take additional measures to prevent fraud when shipping to a non billing address on high value purchases. All measures were clearly explained in detail. We shipped the order with the exact accessories as described and shown in the product listing photos. There was some confusion, so we upgraded the carrying case at no additional cost ($250 value). We are here to serve if any support is needed with your equipment.
Excellent support and buy back service
Sold them my dtx1800 and upgraded to a dsx 8000. Fast payment and no hassle, they paid for all the shipping and really happy with my upgrade.

AAA TESTERS Best in the Business, I bought a Fluke DTX-1800 and a DSP-4300 Cable Testers. Love the price they gave me and they are in excellent condition
My project I was under a very tight schedule and they worked with me in getting my testers to me quick and ON TIME! Aaatesters is the Best in the Business, Love my Fluke Networks DTX-1800 and Fluke DSP-4300 Cable Testers. They really gave me a great deal for both sets, They took my old Omniscanner as credit. I am extremely HAPPY camper. I will be buying three more test sets from Aaatesters.com before the end of the year.
