Speed of service is great
Speed of service is great. My representative was patient and answered all my questions. You are placing your order with people who care.
The only area of improvement needed is calling for refills. It's my fault that my usage changed, I still received calls for refill 2-3 days back to back. Not sure on my end how to improve, but that is the only area that was less than flawless. Thank you.

I know longer get multiple calls about reordering, which is a plus. The catheters work great and are easy to carry on vacations. Whenever I have had questions, i get answers right away. Altogether a very good service.

I switched to an online ordering instead of years of ordering on phone. Disaster.
Took 5 days of me calling FedEx constantly telling me I wasn’t home when I was, sending the package back to Dayton very far away, mixed messages from them about delivery every day.
Took up days of my time.
I called you and Daniel said he would speak to your reps about seeing if they intervene and you did nothing.
To top it off instead of the sturdy long boxes that you put 2 catheter boxes in you sent a big fat box with weak cardboard and it was all out of shape and beat up. Luckily the catheter boxes do not appear to be damaged.
It was a very stressful and time away from work experience.

Bright Tree was a real problem
Bright Tree was a real problem. They sent me a notice and reminder three (3) times. I had to read the fine print to see that it actually required no action. Yet, they kept sending me reminders to act on a piece they then explained needed no action.
I then had to call ABC directly to see if my catheter order was somehow in jeopardy. They said it would come. I asked for an arrival date. ABC said it should be included on the Bright Tree communique. It was not. Not on any of the three copies of their notice.
Either Bright Tree screwed up four times, or ABC lost control of Bright Tree, or both.
No matter how I view this, I ultimately hold ABC responsible for the Bright Tree screwup.
Oh, I got another Bright Tree reminder today. Will there be more?

The process needs to change
The people that I deal with on the phone are all terrific. The process needs to change. It seems that I run out of catheters several days before I receive a new shipment. I am restricted from ordering a resupply (by the insurance company I suppose) until one week before my current supply is exhausted. By the time I receive the new supply, I have already used all of the supply on hand by several days and that is a MAJOR problem for me. Something needs to change with the process.

Once transferred to the right…
Once transferred to the right department, the agent who took my concerns and situation worked seriously hard to resolve some unfortunate circumstances with my ordering doctor's office. She made sure that I received the special courtesy shipment, called me back to let me know the progress with my regular shipment and was friendly, kind and professional. The situation was very stressful for me but she eased my anxiety. I am deeply grateful for her help, and also for ABC that has supplied my needs for several years.
