Initially I was very impressed with the…
Initially I was very impressed with the communication, the website, the samples, everything. I told our rep what we think we wanted, but also asked a question. He never confirmed ANY details my address, payment method, answering the question, etc but I got an order confirmation email.. It was like pulling teeth to get any other information or an email back unless it was about payment. For this reason alone we will be back on the search for a check company.

It always boils down to customer service. Your customer service agent found my account quickly and was very nice to deal with. My order shipped the same day and I received the order on 10/03/25, that's 2 day service. Great service. I was surprised to see that your pricing had changed. Your selling price went down, even after adding the UPS charge. Thank you.

I ordered a micr toner on a Thursday and walked in on Monday morning into the office and it was sitting on my desk. I got it ground delivery which it's the fastest deliver for ground in my opinion.
