The lines of communication are always open. Nick went out of his way to make my buying experience exceptional and I am grateful for his generosity. Carl has always been very helpful and courteous and professional. Marilyn is always pleasant and prompt.
Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with.As a first time buyer, Michele and Marilyn were great at helping me select what products were right for my needs. Their communication was great through out the whole process and I felt like I have been a customer of theirs for years. I would give Am Fed more than five stars if possible. Defiantly will be placing more orders in the future.

My wife and I feel like we're being treated like family, and that Nick and the rest of Team AmFed have our best interest at heart. After a thorough conversation to evaluate what we were looking for, Nick personally helped us build a strategy that would have the best chances of delivering the outcome that fit our stated goal. In this industry, it's easy to make a mistake, or follow the lead of someone who is out for themselves. We did some very exhaustive research to find the most honest dealer we could. Nick Grovich was head and shoulders above the others.

I reached out to AFC&B wanting to know about the sale of two valuable gold watches that belonged to my dad. Knowing that Dennis Prager always expressed words of trust I decided to make contact. I have been treated with excellent consistency, clarity and care. Thorough explanation of the possibility and process. Nick has lead me through the steps necessary for shipping, waiting time, and I’m awaiting for good results. I can clearly say that I was very lucky to have reached out and made an excellent business decision.
