Worst shopping experience ever.
I just want to start out by saying I am not the type to complain or write reviews, so the fact that I am doing so speaks volumes in itself. First of all order was automatically cancelled, which to a certain extent I did understand because I was having the product sent to my girlfriends address because it was a gift. That being said, after requesting verification of my identity they didn’t even give me 6 hours to verify myself before cancelling, I was at work at the time so didn’t see the request via whatsapp. Anyway, I placed the order again on July 4th, gave my ID etc and all was well. Its now the 17th of July, I haven’t received a refund or my package. My girlfriend had multiple notifications claiming that the package was undelivered due to damage, we were told then to contact americanuncle which we did, they told both of us they would be in touch when they had news (they didn’t), it took both le and my girlfriend messaging them, waiting 1-2 days to even get a response. Only today, 13 days after placing the order have they said I’ll be receiving my refund. Baring in mind this is a company that advertises their order time at 24/48 hours. When they were ignoring my messages on whatsapp (yes they were online and read my messages multiple times without replying), I took to instagram to voice my opinions and they blocked me! I understand things go wrong, but the sheer lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I would strongly advise you DO NOT order from these people. I’ve essentially just wasted 13 days for nothing, and considering the stuff I was ordering were apart of a gift I am not happy to say the least. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had, no apology, no reassurance, they haven’t even explained in what way the products were “damaged”, all in all, 0/10. Absolutely would not recommend.

Regarding the first order, the system flagged it as potentially fraudulent due to the use of an English card, and the order was automatically cancelled after a certain period to ensure transaction security. The second order was shipped but unfortunately was damaged during transit. We always do our best to securely pack the products, but sometimes couriers do not handle the packages with the necessary care, leading to damage. However, the delivery service is managed by third parties, so we do not have direct control over this aspect. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response on WhatsApp. We strive to reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, but during peak times, there can be some delays. We noticed that some of your messages were not very polite, which made communication more challenging. For this, we reached out your girlfriend to explain the situation, and she understood that it was not our fault. We were able to reach an agreement for a refund once the damaged package was returned to our facility. We are truly sorry that your experience was not positive and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We still appreciate your feedback and will work to improve our communication and order management processes. Thank you for your understanding.
