They are very upfront about why they are doing this fundraiser and allow us to learn more about their family and their adorable son Luke. They live stream the winners and this is a worthy cause. I have a rare disease and thanks to people donating and giving funding pulmonary arterial hypertension is no longer a death sentance. I pray that they find a cure for BBS1.

A Race Against Blindness puts they're money where their mouth is. The clinical trials are funded and the research is actually beginning. The entire family is invested. From Pokemon cards to Class A motorhomes there is something for everyone. There is heart in this organization that can be felt on the daily.

The entire cause is what made me give a 5 star rating. So many children are battling many sicknesses and diseases and for this family to start a fight against blindness not just for their own child but other children is a blessing all in itself! I’ve worn glasses the majority of my life from childhood and though I wasn’t battling blindness, just the thought of having to have them for the rest of my life made me appreciate technology in helping me see! So I’m grateful to help with the journeys these babies are on. A blessing to be a blessing.

It was eye opening

It was eye opening. I’d have to admit because everyone is used to being so wrapped up in their own lives and issues we tend to forget to look out for others. Especially taking for granted having an everyday privilege like sight seeing. I noticed how selfish I look by only paying attention to this charity just cause I can have a chance to win something me and my family could need. But in the end whether I win or not I’m just happy I was able to participate in something far more meaningful than winning a car.
