It's fairly good. The pics looks too much AI generated. Too expensive for something. You can do for free somewhere else. I paid because I wanted quality, but I wasn't 100% to be honest. In terms of background and outfit 100%. Face maybe 35%. Also, I asked for Business Casual and generated me a bunch of suit pics of like 60 (can't remember) pictures I can maybe use 4

Thanks for your feedback, Patolo. We’re sorry the results weren’t as realistic or accurate as you expected, and we’ll take your feedback on facial resemblance and outfit selection into consideration.
The interface is extremely slow and non-responsive. I paid for the top of the line package for several hundred dollars and yet here I am a couple of months down the road and need to buy credits just to change a background. Real piece of work these guys are, stay away!

great photos, i think its a good service, the only reason why im not giving 5 stars is the hair. we gotta work on the hair. at least give me options or have the ai match the hair better. other then that i think its great.

Thanks for sharing, Lucas! We’re happy you enjoyed the photos. We’ll definitely keep your feedback about the hair in mind as we continue improving.
This was my first experience using AI headshot technology. The Aragon platform is easy to use from your phone or a computer. They provided a large section of photos, and of the most part they all look authentic. Only a couple were off and didn't look like me.

The images looked great. They didn't all look like me exactly but many did. I liked that I received 100 images to choose from and that they could be edited.

Extra charges to make it seem even slightly realistic
They didn’t get the details right and any edits you want to make cost more money.

I wanted to love this tool, but the user experience is very frustrating. The platform is not clear at all. I had a hard time understanding how the whole process works. It is very difficult to figure out:How the steps flow from start to finishHow the credit system worksHow the editing tools functionI spent way too much time trying to figure out the site. Because the rules and interface are so confusing, I ended up wasting my credits on edits that did not work out. The company needs to make the platform much more simple and clear for new users.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, Pierre. We’re sorry the platform and credit system made the experience frustrating, especially when credits were used on edits that didn’t work out. We really appreciate your suggestions around making the process and editing tools clearer for new users, and we’ll share this with our team.
Great experience, but be prepared to find the right pictures.
Getting pictures accepted from an Iphone was not easy.

Thank you for your feedback, Tricia! We’re glad you had a great overall experience. We appreciate your feedback about the iPhone upload process and will share it with our team.
Unclear editing capabilities post payment. Aragon makes you pay for your headshots, then you have to purchase "credits" to then edit them to your liking.

6 pictures provided but it seemed to focus on the one with no smile with a strange grin

The process is easy to make a professional headshot and you could have dozens of potentially good pictures for a low price. I wish the editing process didn't require so many credits or additional money, but overall worth the $35.

Thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad the process was easy and the results worth the price. We also appreciate your feedback about the editing credits.
This is pretty good gives loads of images that you can then edit
