I uploaded a poor quality image by mistake and the company did not catch it and contact me to make sure I didn’t have a higher resolution image. They could easily see it was a poor image but printed and charged me anyway.

Absolutely Blown Away by ArtisanHD!

I just received my print of the Tower Bridge from ArtisanHD, and I am absolutely blown away by the quality! From the moment I unwrapped it, I could tell this wasn't just any print. The colors are incredibly vibrant and true to life, and the detail in my photo of the Tower Bridge is stunning – every intricate line and shadow is perfectly reproduced. ArtisanHD truly takes pride in their work. The craftsmanship is evident in every aspect, and it's clear they use top-notch materials. My photo of the iconic London landmark looks even better than I imagined, and it's now a true centerpiece in my home. If you're looking for professional, museum-quality prints that will exceed your expectations, look no further than ArtisanHD. Highly, highly recommend!

Love my photos

Love my photos. Artisan did a great job with the plexiglass one and the foam board ones. We put the photos on the wall and get lots of pleasure out of them. The fun part is it is easy to add more as the family grows. Thank you!

Nice Print, Though Color Accuracy Could Be Better

The overall quality and durability of the print are impressive, and the image came out sharp and well-defined. However, I did notice that the color calibration seemed a bit off—particularly in the whites. In my print, the white areas, especially the mountains, have a noticeable blue tint and in some spots, they blend into the sky more than expected. I have the same photo printed by another company where the whites appear more true to life, so this difference stood out. While the print itself is well-made, it might be worth revisiting the printer calibration to ensure color accuracy in future prints.

Great customer service!

I had a bunch of questions about an order I needed to place for a print that would be displayed at an exhibition that had specific requirements, when I called they were able to answer all my questions and help with everything I needed! I also needed the photo by a very specific deadline and they were able to get it to me well ahead of schedule. And the quality and pricing are both excellent!
