Bernadette was the woman I was in contact with from the get go, helping with my case. I didn’t know who to use or what the outcome was going to be. They have great relationships, utilize them, and make sure health is number one priority. They made sure to represent what I wanted while guiding me through a crappy situation! Bernadette was fierce and compassionate and very knowledgeable and answered my questions with quick timing and professionalism. Out of state customer
Im from new jersey and i got rear ended in las vegas , i flew back home next morning. I spoke to Cassidy , and her team did everything they can to help. She was very detailed, explained every step and process for me to understand with no confusions. They took care of me as i was an out of state customer. It has been less then a year from the accident. And we got to resolve everything. I feel great after few months in therapy and trust that they know what their doing. I never thought I would get injured at…
I never thought I would get injured at the gym, lifting heavy has always been my therapeutic stress reliver. The machine cable snapping and sending me on my way while doing lateral pull downs didn't scare me, the adrenaline was very high and the next day I couldn't even get up. Thats when I obtained Benson & Bingham, From beginning to end my attorney always answered my calls, always updated me on any changes, very detailed oriented team, Dana Oswalt you get 5 stars! as well as your case manager assistant Kassidy! Most definitely recommend there services.

At my first visit , they made me feel at ease to talk to them. I could/can feel that they genuinely care about what I am going through. They worked swiftly to find information needed for my case. I was in a really bad car accident last year when Benson and Bingham was recommended to me by a family friend. I have to honestly say they have treated me like family every step of the way.
