What made my experience great was the systematic approach to building my Brand. Also, helping me understand that being an Advisor first in my targeted advanced manufacturing vertical vs being a Board director was very valuable to me. Sharing documents with the BIO team, PPT deck, resume, LI profile etc, then seeing the great output was a huge WOW effect for me. Very well done. Lisa Williams is great and good to know that I have further support from her and the team as things evolve for me.

Be careful
I tried Boardsi but couldn’t get support for issues using the site. Even the cancelation of membership was irritating as they wanted to speak to me, had me schedule a meeting and then didn’t call. This does feel like a cash grab. Be careful.

The crafting of the document was fantastic. The detail actually reminded me of things that I had forgotten or dismissed as accomplishments. I believe the document will be very helpful in finding my niche.

Lisa Williams did an excellent job of guiding me through the process, explaining each step along the way. She helped coordinate the Leadafi Bio and was quick to respond to all my questions.

Great Executive Bio
So far, the experience has been great. Lisa and her team quickly got to work on an Executive Bio, and it looks fantastic. I've already gotten a number of comments from friends who saw it on LinkedIn. I'm hoping it results in some inbound interest to me about a possible board position soon!

I appreciated Boardsi's ability to support efforts to broaden my professional opportunites.
I appreciated Boardsi's ability to articulate my Navy experience with relevance towards civilian applications. Particularly the Leadafi bio was structured much better than what I had structured. Boardsi reading material was also quite helpful.

Jennifer has been exceptional to work…
Jennifer has been exceptional to work with throughout my board search. She has taken the time to understand not only my executive experience but also the value I can bring to organizations at the board level. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach have resulted in opportunities that closely align with my background in enterprise transformation, intelligent systems, supply chain, artificial intelligence, robotics, and operational excellence. I truly appreciate her dedication and look forward to continuing our partnership as new opportunities arise. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Boardsi team to executives seeking meaningful board placements.

Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful recommendation. It has been a pleasure working with you
From my very first interaction, every staff member at Boardsi has been courteous, thoughtful and paid attention to details. I got a detailed explanation of who will do what and how the process will prepare me for potential positions on the Board identified by Boardsi. So far, things have moved like a clockwork, squeaky clean. What the staff promised has been delivered so far. The bio, profile, work experience, and the resume have been professionally redone for Board positions. The willingness to assist me with a few other options I proposed are much appreciated. These are the things that have gone on extremely well. It’s the journey that we are talking about – impactful and of high quality. In particular, over the last couple of days, Lisa Williams and Kacey Card have arranged to put together an amazing Leadafi profile on me, can't thank them enough.
