Lack of communication
Wanted to sell my WoW account, started the chat on the site and spoke with two different people from their 'team'...Still waiting to get an answer to simple yes or no question after hours..tried on another browser as a buyer...they jumped so fast. At least have a spine and don't keep people waiting.

Ordered a 5 week pvp boost to grand marshall on classic wow. These guys delivered the honor on time every week. Best part about them was how easy it was and the communication was 5 stars, responses to all my questions and when i had to log in for a few hours and have them log out, seamless. Won't go anywhere else with how good this experience was. Thank you again boostroom

I recently used BoostRoom to boost my League account through a Duo boost. they were unsuccessful. the boosters were disrespectful then after the games they would berate you as if you were the issue for them losing their own lane. in talking with Boostroom it would take them days if not a solid week to respond to find a solution. in the end they werent able to boost my account to any rank they said they could. i wouldn't recommend using a duo boost with this provider as you likely wont get what you paid for and they will gas light you for months. use at your own risk
