Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we will make sure Andy is aware. Reviews help other customers make informed choices when considering using us as their contractor so thanks again for taking the time : )

I called this company in a Mole Rage early morning last week. They came the very next day and managed the situation. Today they have been for a visit and have removed said Mole . Absolutely thrilled with the service. Technicians are knowledgeable, good humoured and thorough. They didn’t mind my endless questions and were happy to help answer them. Excellent communication, reasonably priced and completed the job competently and efficiently. I am absolutely thrilled with them. Recommend for any pest problem !! Definitely 5 stars !!

I messaged this company late evening and they replied so earlier. I was panicked about a bees nest in the chimney. Simon came round within a couple of hours and checked it over. Explained everything. Clearly experts in what they do and they put my mind at rest. I will call them again without hesitation.

Martin and his team looked after our house for two years before we recently moved countries and we will definitely take up their service when we're back! Bounty's customer service and responsiveness is fantastic and they tried as much as feasibly possible to work around times suitable to us (which was much appreciated with a toddler and baby that had odd sleeping patterns!) They successfully dealt with our mole and wasp problems.
