Once you pay your money they will only call you for extra money
No accountability of service of teach
No support for refund
No update on how the kid is performing
They conduct fake test to show my kid had not learn anything waste of money. When you drop an email to them on support or help they will not reply they will call you from 100 different number even after enrollment when you complaint they no one revert
All positive reviews are fake reviews the teacher told me that they get paid when they post a review.
Check the same person is posting postive review multiple time.
copy paste the same review doesn't even had talents to write a review

Very very poor customer service. We had an issue with tests and assignments. After 6 months. We get more agents chasing for money for extra classes. But still no resolution to original matter. They say ther have. But no apology. No explanation. We pay brightchamps to educate our children correctly. Not for us parents to be unpaid to correct their test & assignments. Would never recommend this company

I would give minus stars if i could. That’s how bad the customer service experience and agents are.
They don’t talk to each other to resolve this bugging the customer with the same questions multiple times. They also tend to ignore the details provided in the support tickets by the customer.
I had to submit 2 tickets for 1 issue and they have still not resolved even after 14 days of Ticket-submission.
In the end i get agents WhatsApp message stating our credits have been restored and that i should consider them rating 5 stars for the service.
Let me tell you there was no credits restored to our account - which by the way the brightchamps as a company cheated us and deducted without our consent even when my kid refused to participate in the summer hackathon. They forcibly enrolled my kids account into summwr hackathon and deducted his credits.
If i were a new customer i would stay away from Brightchamps altogether.
Horrendous company and horrendous customer service agents with zero accountability whatsoever.
That said the teachers are pretty good and knowledgeable. Nothing against them at all. But company is a cheat if this is how they run the business.

We also build a lot of creative projects and my teacher always sure i understand the whole concept before proceeding.
