My husband and I were very impressed with our interactions with Business Travel 365. Specifically: Anthony, our travel assistant, was knowledgeable, and listened to our needs in terms of dates, flight times and preferred airlines. He answered all of our questions quickly; we were very impressed. He returned our phone calls and emails almost immediately. Phone conversations were clear, to the point and very professional.
