The process and delivery was very prompt. However the print quality is not very clear, and the logo is very small, despite putting it the largest possible size.

Ordered 50 mugs
Ordered 50 mugs. They are beautiful and reasonably priced compared to other companies. Each were individually packed which ensured a safe delivery. Highly recommended!

Oh well, they gave it a five star if the packaging was great, but it was damaged, but the product was OK

Product as expected.

The product was well constructed but I would have gladly paid for the feature to approve proofs before shipping. The colors of the lettering were not faithfully translated unto the bag resulting in some of the lettering on the final project appearing washed out on barely present.

The picture is WAY TOO DARK
The picture is WAY TOO DARK I am gonna return this bag, even tho' it's gonna cost me my own money. The picture I sent was a BRIGHT PINK ROSE. It would be stupid to walk around with this ugly bag
