Wonderful, wonderful experience. They arranged everything and made adjustments and changes right up until a few days before the trip, and when we got there, everything had been communicated correctly on both sides. Everything was smooth and streamlined, and we had our trip and it went off without a hitch and was a wonderful experience
Great and congrats on the family getting certified!! Calley does a great job, where are you going next?
Kim Mackey was the BEST! I initially tried to plan my trip to Wakatobi last summer and had to postpone for family reasons, after she had spent so much time answering my hundreds of questions. She was so patient with me and when I was ready to try again, she got everything worked out for me and was SO helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. I have used Kim for a previous trip and had the same great experience. Will work with her on my next trip too. Highly recommended!
Thank you, Kim has great experience and dove the World!! Wakatobi is unreal!!
Timely communication with clear instructions. April was responsive to all my questions and made sure I was prepared for my trip with all the necessary paperwork.
Thank you, April is great!!!
My wife and I booked a trip with Kim Mackey at Caradonna Adventures. One week dive trip to Lions Dive Resort in Curasao. She scheduled everything perfectly. The hotel and dive shop was expecting us. Our room was perfect and the dives were with Ocean Encounter conveniently located on the property. We loved everything about the entire trip. What a great island Curasao is. Experience it if you get a chance. Book through Kim. You can’t go wrong.
Thank you, Kim's is well traveled so can speak from experience.
Very knowledgeable and r s
Thank you
We have been working with Kim Mackey/Caradonna for more than 20 years. Every trip she planned was perfect. She is on top of airline schedule changes if she books them….we prefer to have someone else do that for us. Always pleasant and quick to respond. Just a wonderful group of people who work with divers to make each trip memorable.
First of all, thank you for the 20 years of Trust with Kim and Caradonna!! I am glad your trips have been memorable..
Thanks so much for rescheduling my airport transfers after I was 1 day late arriving due to the unusual southern snowstorm.
Glad it worked out, it is always nice to have someone to handle these things as they come up. Thank you
Kim is the BEST!!!! Very quick to responded to any and all of my questions and concerns. Very Detailed and thorough with all travel doucuments.
Thank you, Kim does a great job!!
Kim was quick to provide us with specific answers to our questions regarding this destination, which helped so much with planning. It's clear she has visited recently and knows the country and it's accommadations well. The Fort Young hotel was even nicer than we anticipated, they have a great dive operator, and the airport transfers were ready for us at both ends of the journey. It didn't hurt that Caradonna was able to offer a great value for the package. Kim also reminded us when deposits/balances were due and she checked in with us after our trip to see how it went. What more could you ask for?
Nice, i am glad your experience went well, Kim is so well traveled, she plans from first hand experience. Thank you and all the best,
We were a group of 10. Everything was put together perfectly by Kim with Caradonna. Because of a tight connection for our flight from Miami to Dominica and the later arrival of some of our party to Miami, Kim suggested that we arrive a day early to Miami and spend the night at the Miami Airport Hotel...Perfect! Doing this divided the travel and we arrived more relaxed in Dominica. Looking forward to the next adventure!
I am glad the group went well, good advice from an experiences agent!
Very helpful and responsive for booking our trip.
Thank you

Kim did a great job of working with us on our dive trip arrangements to Anthony's Key Resort. She was prompt with answering all my questions and clearing up some of my trip and reservation confusion. We highly recommend using Caradonna Adventures for all your dive trip plans.

I recently had an outstanding experience booking my dive vacation to Curaçao through Kim at Caradonna Adventures. As an avid diver, I was looking for a specialized travel agency that could cater to my specific needs, and Caradonna exceeded all my expectations. I will admit I was already familiar with Kim and Caradonna as my local dive shop works with them to plan international dive trips. My experience on those trips has always been great. What impresses me most about Kim is her responsiveness and attention to detail. She is always available to answer questions promptly and provides valuable insights about the destination and what the diving is like there. Her recommendations tend to be spot-on, demonstrating her deep understanding of the locations Caradonna promotes. For my trip, Kim offered me a wide range of options with excellent rates. The entire booking process was smooth and hassle-free. Kim took care of everything, from accommodations to dive packages and local transportation. This saved me countless hours of research and planning. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim and Caradonna to any diver looking for a seamless and unforgettable travel experience. I will definitely work with them in the future.
