I have won a jackpot 1 time so far, verification was a seamless process, very easy, money was a little slow to get to my account but it did come. They were in contact with me the entire time though, which was awesome of them. Highly recommend this game. I have also won a trivia prize
Thanks for your support! 😊
After a year since I first won, I won again last week. I redeemed and was literally paid midnight after Labor Day without hesitation and no problem. I know I would have been paid sooner but Monday was a holiday and that's to be expected. All other social casinos should take a page from CarnivalCiti playbook. About proper payout, and learn a thing about professionalism!! Thank you CarnivalCiti!
Thank you for your support :D
Man what a wonderful selection of unique and fun games you won’t find ANYWHERE else online. Fast redemptions, faster support, and codes multiple times a month to the tune of 2-3 a week! Carnival citi is a cut above its peers and makes gambling online fun again!
We're glad to know you enjoy our games, keep the fun! :D
After a little over 2 years interacting with Carnival I feel like their 5 star. they have a wide array of games from well established providers. I've played games that I definitely liked long before other platforms. Their customer support is fairly prompt with replies and very helpful. They conduct social media contest and since their following is in its beginning stages of growth it's pretty easy to get.
Thank you so much for your support! 😊
