Discounts
I had a 10% off discount, which was nice. BUT, before my order arrived, you offered a 20% off discount. I am very disappointed that you did not say 'hey, we should give folks who have orders in transit the 20% off discount'.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry for the frustration. Our promotions are only active during specific dates and can’t be applied to orders that were already placed, but we completely understand how the timing felt disappointing. Wife loves Celtic products. Website is clear on products, pricing, and delivery. Repeat customer and longtime consumer! Even addressed complaints openly and logically about litigation being thrown at them. Classy!

Selina Sea Salt is my absolute go-to salt. PERIOD.
I have been buying Selina's Sea Salt for a few years now. I simply no longer buy any other brand other than a bit with Iodine to use periodically. The flavor is unique. I also just bought and love the smoked river salt. Oh yes, now this is a totally different level of salt. It is perfect for those special kind of dishes that you want another special flavor in.

Thank you so much! We’re honored to be your go‑to salt. It means a lot that you’ve been with us for years, and we’re thrilled you enjoy both the unique flavor of our mineral‑rich salt and the special depth of the smoked river salt. We love hearing how you use them to elevate your dishes.
Got exactly what I wanted quickly
Got exactly what I wanted quickly. My mother introduced me to Celtic Sea Salt when they first had a newsletter and she shared all the medical information that the Grain and Salt Society provided. I still have many of the newsletters. I first learned to make natural cole slaw from the society. Celtic Sea Salt also makes everything more tasty.
