The staff was very knowledgeable. I really ad no idea what to expect of the procedures. My left leg looks like my mom’s did when I was growing up. She had an ulcer that was always itchy and red. I used to help her wrap her leg with an elastic stocking. Niw after my procedure at CVR my leg looks like my mom’s did. I wear Ted hose to keep pressure on the veins. I don’t know it that is forever or if it will get better.

Staff are very friendly. Dr is very nice and polite. He explained everything in detail before the procedure and it went well. There will always be that 1 that needs a little training on people skills but overall, Everything went well.

Everything about this practice is well run. The initial appointment was easy to set up online and was followed up by calls and texts to remind me and prepare me for what to expect. They made me feel very at ease and all of the people I interacted with were personable and easy to talk to. Dr. Deol is extremely kind and would apologize before every little poke. Procedures were all incredible quick and filled with conversations that kept my mind off of what was happening. I went right to work after all 3 of my procedures and had no problems. About 10 days later I had some pain and concerns and they got me right in that morning to do an ultrasound and make sure everything was fine. I am more than pleased I decided to get this done!

The staff was always very pleasant and… I believe the procedure( laser treatments) may still take some time to establish whether it was beneficial or not.
Tried calling 2 weeks already to reschedule surgery due to the 2 weeks outage of power here in Dyer, Indiana. Have yet to get any call back...very disappointed
Clean facility, front desk staff seemed occupied even though I was the only one checking in and only one other person in office. Not overly friendly or welcoming.

Staff is exceptional. From initial meeting to post surgery, everyone was very professional and yet I found them all very personable. I was comfortable in the surroundings- very clean and sterile environment. I am thrilled with the results.
