I traveled to Europe this summer and bought some authentic incense smokers. I wanted to add something to my collection. The ChristKindl Market had a wonderful selection. A very fair price. And their shipping was expedient and well packed. They have the same pieces you see in Europe.
I was able to find the exact parts I needed. The website is easy to navigate. The shipping was fast, and I now have a working antique pyramid I purchased at a church garage sale. I have told my mother about your site. She has many German Christmas items and looks forward to being able to fix them.
wonderful scents to use in my smoker. arrived well packaged will order again
Excellent service. Product as described at a reasonable price.
Great product- matched my 45 year old German carousel fan blades perfectly. Thank you!!
great website- fast shipping. Well done.
Company was very welcoming, responsive and kept me informed regarding my purchase and delivery.
Great product. Great customer service, shipping was fast. It matches the others I have.
Fast response and felt appreciated for our order
My orders arrived in a prompt and timely manner and in good condition. The first fan assembly was too small for the pyramid it was going on and I have tried every way available to contact you about a return with absolutely no response either via the message system on the orders or via the sales@ e-mail...would be nice if you listed a phone number to aid in this process. It's like you don't want to be contacted...The products are excellent...the customer service is a 0.00.
Sorry that we're slow to respond. Due to some unfortunate events, we are down to 2 staff to manage the shop. We'll be fully staffed once again soon :)
I have a 50 year old Christmas pyramid my husband and I purchased in Germany in 1976 and noticed one of the fence caps was missing when I set it up this year. I found the exact replacement part on your website. Thank you so much for helping me keep it in perfect condition.
The timely manner I received my purchase was great. I lost the pipe for a german smoker I purchased as a gift. Had the pipe in three days. Very satisfied.
Always an excellent experience, with a tremendous selection, good pricing and fast delivery. My trusted source for all of our traditional German Christmas decorations and gifts.
I've reached out for customer support a couple times but haven't heard back from them. Very poor follow up
Very few places sell German pyramid parts !
I visited Germany last year and wanted so many souvenirs, but couldn’t get everything so I found this website recently and ordered a pyramid and I love it! It was shipped quickly and the quality looks just like the ones I saw in Germany. And they’re made in Germany. Highly recommend.
Exactly what I thought perfect. Thank you.
