But honestly, the initial onboarding is a total maze, and the learning curve is painfully steep if you're trying to map out complex custom funnels. Thankfully, their customer support agents actually know what they're doing and will jump on a walkthrough or share detailed steps when your tracking logic breaks. It's a solid tool for scaling media once you get past the initial friction, but expect some early headaches.
