Just recently bought a Bvlgari scarf the silk is beautiful. The tag on the scarf was hanging by the thread which is the only thing that I’m not happy about I’m giving it as a gift, so now I will have to take it somewhere to make sure they stitch it on properly. I let the company know and they refunded me $30 they were very good to deal with. Their delivery service is amazing. I’m from Australia, and I’ve never had something come from America in like four days. Very happy with this company.
It cannot return the Ferragamo Scarf I recently bought.
Was told to email somewhere before 14 days so I can be sent return labels for me to print.
I have not gotten any feedback back.
Very disappointing.

Bought a (AUTHENTIC) Gucci Scarf Gray
Bought a Gucci Scarf Gray GG Design - Large Wool Silk Shawl - 27" x 77" = 70cm x 195cm / Charcoal Gray/ Gray. It's gorgeous and just to be on the safe side, I went into the Gucci store in Cherry Creek (CO) where it was immediately authenticated by the sales person who has a store specific way to check the barcode. (I was not able to check the barcode in the Gucci app.)
So VERY HAPPY with my third purchase from Comomilano!!
The lovely Kenzo wool and silk scarf arrived 4 days after I bought it in a beautiful box. World beating delivery time from San Francisco to Australia. Roll on 3 weeks for my sister in/ laws birthday.
