We have booked tickets through Fabrizio multiple times and he is great to work with. He is flexible, meets our needs and requests with a positive and a can do attitude whether we are flying business class, premium, or economy. Like I told a friend, after she thanked me for referring him, 'Fabrizio has never failed me. He is always the agent I use.'
Amazingly efficient and reasonable price! We have worked with Beata for several years to find us excellent flight connections and business class seats at a reasonable price. SHE is priceless! Beata always responds to my inquiries within minutes with good information. She rescued us recently when we wanted to make a change to our return flight. Within a day we had new seat assignments at a great price. Thank you again!
