I didn't receive the parcel
I didn't receive the parcel. I checked that it was sent to a post office which is 10hours driving distance away from me. I called to the customer service, once he heard I speak in English, he hanged up the phone. Then I called back several times, no one want to answer the phone. This is my order reference: VKRSUOJXE I was very disappointed about the service from Coq en Pâte. Please do send me your comments to my email. If you do consider the survey is important, please do email me back. Thank you so much. I don't speak in fluent French, that was my fault. The same as your employee cant not speak in English. I ordered the goods on June 3rd
I ordered the goods on June 3rd. We are now June 11th and the package is still somewhere in France, without an indication when it will arrive. I do not expect to receive the order within 2-3 days, but this long, without knowing when it will arrive, is not what I expect from online shopping. I guess the products will be nice, but I cannot judge, since I did not receive them.
