The guys that came to clean my dryer vent were awesome!! They did their job fully, making sure the vent was throughly cleaned out, they cleaned up any mess that was made and they came back the next day to ensure the dryer was working properly and to make sure the hose was secured to the dryer and vent. They were very professional, kind, through and speedy. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Had a radiator leak and had it replaced next day. Was super impressed with how fast they could get me in and quality of repair. Prices were very reasonable and staff was great. Overall great experience!
On a trip through Kansas City, my (older) van's battery light went on, and clearly needed to be serviced. Fortunately, a neighbor of a friend in town recommended Cottman as a reputable auto repair shop. We had to leave our vehicle in their hands and we couldn't be happier with the prompt diagnosis and repair. The vehicle was ready as we came back through KC and repair was much less than I expected. THANK YOU for being there for us in our time of need.

Towed my vehicle in with what I thought was a transmission problem, which turned out to be an electrical systems failure. They told me they could do the work but admitted it might be cheaper to go somewhere else, because the only way to find the problem was to bill me at their hourly rate as they went through and checked each part of the system until they found it. They charged me only the cost of the initial tests, even though I left my car on their lot for a couple extra days while I figured out where to get it towed next.
Didn't blindly encourage the most expensive route, but gave me options. Very nice and helped make my decisions easy. Car is still in good shape a year later.
I have been going to Cottman a number of years because of the quality of work they perform and their honesty. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Kevin Kuse and his staff to work on my vehicles.

Excellent service! I came to Cottman after my dealership wanted to charge me almost $8k in repairs for 3 different issues. After Cottman looked at my car, I was able to cut the cost in half and was completed in 1/4 of the time. After my experience, I will happily send others to Cottman.
My car is my transportation and i rely on it. When i was having car issues. They took a look at it and were very diligent with their work. They were able to get my car back to me by the next day. I was so grateful. I will definitely go back to them if i have car troubles again.

Kevin and the team at Cottman have always done quality, professional work on my vehicles. They are timely and they strive to complete the job with very little down time. I can usually count on getting my vehicle back within a day. The use of the Synchrony Car Care financing also makes the repairs affordable and extremely easy on the budget. In these times of uncertainty, it is good to have certified technicians that you can depend on to get mechanical repairs done right the first time. I wholly recommend their services as I have been a repeat customer for at least 15 years.
