My experience with Credit Associates has been great so far. Rick Drew has been very helpful throughout the process. He is respectful, friendly, and always answers my questions politely and clearly. What the company is doing well is providing good customer service and clear communication. Rick took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood my options. He was patient, professional, and easy to talk to, which made the process much less stressful. I appreciate the support and guidance I’ve received, and I feel that my concerns have been heard and addressed.

I liked that it was efficient!! The woman was cordial and succinct. If that were all I could given you a 5 easy as I loved those things. But the next night I realized as I tossed and turned that I had to relink everything to a new card. I panicked. It might have been helpful if that point was mentioned towards end of call. I felt left high and dry. Am better. I've relinked 2 of 5 places. Hopefully nothing else will happen like that. I've ptsd and get blindsided easy. Still she was a strong 4. Thx for asking.
