Everything was resolved instantly that I needed done to my account and withdrawl. Only thing that I think should be looked at is this.. It took 3-4hrs for me to be connected to a live agent ! Will promotions and stuff are great the games are fun the only thing I had a problem with was the the payment and the confirmation I mean it's it's the same bank I've had same bank that's been approved before 10 redemption transactions and it takes forever and it's the same bank I don't understand why it's not a little faster when it's a bank that it's that you have used and and confirmed and delivered but I appreciate everything don't get me wrong but that's my only issue was that other than that it's awesome

I do enjoy their redemption timing once they approve it its in my account usually within atleast 3 hours after approved but I am very irritated with how I still havent hit real big like over 1500 big but I havent even been over 800 yet and I play way to much on this casino to not have hit big yet cuz like I won't playback a quarter to half of it anyways but other casino apps like global poker or chumba I havent played half as much on either one of those as I have on crowncoins and ive hit over 2k with global and 7300 on chumba so idk what to think really
