This discount plan is not worth the monthly payment and it's a real hassle to get it cancelled!

Regarding Aetna

This review is regarding Aetna dental plans. I used the website to try to find a participating dentist, but could not find a dentist nearby with an appointment available before my plan expired. The website lists all dentists that accept any form of Aetna insurance, but not narrowed down to this particular plan. So I had to call around and repeatedly hear that the plan is not accepted. I got a few dentists deleted from the list, essentially doing Dental Plans' homework for them. They declined to provide even a partial refund, so they took my money without providing any value in return. I strongly advise anyone considering this plan to confirm a local dentist is available before you sign up.

You sold me a scam

You sold me a scam. I was told it was insurance. It is not. I was never able to use this stupid plan and was mislead by the sales person. Id appreciate my money back to be honest.

Several of the dentists I've selected…

I am currently reviewing other options to replace this plan. It has been an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Several of the dentists I've selected indicate that they are "not" part of the Dental Plans network. Information is inaccurate. I research the patient reviews for each dentist and avoid the ones with negative reviews. When I "am" able to locate one with positive reviews, this is when I discover they either are not a part of this dental plan and/or have never even heard of it.

My dentist came up as a searchable dentist but when I tried to use this I was told this was not something he has ever or will ever partner with. It also seems impossible to cancel this since ive been trying for a few years now. No way to on the website, emailing and the live chat are all not options in which to cancel. When I change my preference to not renew automatically somehow it changes back. This seems like a scam and I hope no one falls for it like i did.
