Discount Coffee is now my go to online coffee supplier. Having used many others, the service is just exceptional. Next day delivery is consistant and there is a great range to choose from. (I'm no expert in coffee beans!) The sample 250mg bags are a great, cheap way of testing less familiar brands / roasts. Can't go wrong really, love Discount Coffee
Very unhappy customer. I was their customer for years but this was my last order. They were usually delivering in next day or two, but this time I received incomplete order after 5 days and one carton was missing.I was contacting them a several times by phone , by email but there was no will to help resolve the problem. Women from the office was very rude, she raised her voice at me, told me she is only one person and will deal with this.Very disappointed, it was my last order!
Ordered on a Thursday night and delivered on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this company when the everyday generic supermarkets are hiking their prices. This company is a welcome reprieve from the nonsense.
I don't know how they do it, but they just processed and shipped an order within 6 minutes, on a Sunday morning. Not saying this is necessary, I would still order here if they would take several days to ship. I've been ordering for over 5 years now and I've never been disappointed. I used to order Lavazza but switched to WANTED which is an Irish brand and their beans produce a super delicious coffee. Thanks guys, keep up the fantastic work!

Have used Discount Coffee to buy beans for several years. The product usually is excellent and arrives promptly. So very disappointed today to discover that this Lisburn based company now only transacts in euros which would add a bank charge to my order, coffee prices have gone up hugely in recent months and to add a surcharge on top is a step too far.
Brilliant coffee and very fast delivery. I live in Ireland (Dublin). I ordered on Wednesday at 11 a.m., and it arrived the next day. I’ll be getting my coffee from here from now on.
In spite of all the poor reviews, I bought some coffee which arrived in Co. Galway the following day. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My phone autofilled a UK postcode (I live in ROI) I immediately contacted them by phone and email and was told they won’t change the address by an extremely rude and unhelpful woman. The package was then sent back to them and I’ve emailed twice to either get it reposted to me or get a refund. They have ignored me. I refuse to ring again as I could not speak to the horrible rude woman that is on the customer service line. I’ve payed for a package that has been resent back to them and they are refusing to refund or resend to me. Against the law and very bad way to run a business
Slightly concerned of the mixed reviews, but went ahead ordered two boxes of Spices Chai latte. Pleasantly surprised of the good prices. Well packaged and very fast delivery. We will definitely order more in the future.
I ordered few items from the company for the work event a week in advance of the event. Their website stated that it is next day delivery if order placed before 3pm. Friday come, I still didn't have my order. I send an email, but never got a response. I contacted them first thing Monday morning just to find out that the order was damaged en route and they would send new one out only Monday afternoon. The package didn't arrive on time for the event. I had to go and search items myself in town and it was a big hassle. They were not in hurry to send a new package as they took action only after my call on Monday. Very poor service.

I ordered a christmas gift for my partner. It got handed to him today by the postman with "coffee" printed all over it.... Absolutely ridiculous at this time of year. It was part of a massive set I got him and spent a fortune on. Present Absolutely ruined by this company. If you are buying gifts do not buy it here
I've used discount coffee a few times and they offer great value and an excellent service
I've been dealing with them for a while and they have always had reasonable prices and very quick delivery. They also do very nice promotion deals here and there as well as discounts for loyal customers. Never had any problems until this week and to my surprise, they reacted promptly and quickly sorted everything out in a very polite manner. It was only a small issue, but to me they really showed they care about their customers. It's always a pleasure dealing with them!
Prices appeared competitive but not for the poor service and lack of product. Three days to receive order and only then find out it was not complete - some items out of stock. Won't use again.
