I left an email noting I had used the wrong delivery address. You representative called, changed the address and pointed out I may have ordered the wrong filter. She set up a return and helped me order the correct filters. Great customer service!
I appreciate the help I was given when I had to return an item that was the wrong micron number.
I had my order delivered within a few days.
Really appreciate the interactive guide on your website that helps me order the right water filter for my fridge. I also appreciate that you offer a couple of filter options. Like that you regularly have deals on purchases too. Have been a reliable source for several years.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your continued business.
Exact filter selection. Great prices. Decent delivery.
Great operation that provides product at discount to other sources/vendors and delivers promptly in well packaged boxes.

easy to find filter i needed, and easy to order.
Filters are great, makes the water taste like water.
Very helpful in getting the correct filter for me and in a timely manner.
Shipped fast, product is as advertised. Installed the same day. Thanks
I found the product I wanted on line very easily and while doing so got an offer for a discount if I ordered that day. I placed the order but did not connect the discount offer. I sent a text and the discount was discounted from my bill. It wasn't a lot but the fact that they went ahead and added the discount was wonderful. I will definitely use them again
I was able to buy a comparable product at a good price. Shipping was a little high and not quite as fast as I would have hoped having to pay for shipping. However, the water filer works well and I am happy with my purchase

Easy to order excellent price quick delivery
It was quick and easy. the store even helped me find the right filter.
I have ordered from here before and have always received the correct item. The shipping has always been quick.
The filter was delivered on the day it was scheduled and was packaged really well so there was no damage. I ordered a filter from a different company and the packaging was ripped. Later that filter leaked so I had to purchase another one. I highly recommend Discount Filters as it has been a great experience.
Easily found the exact size and the higher 13 merve rating I require. Auto delivery is great.
