Customer service is second to none. Frankie was brilliant from start to finish. She helped with my very specific delivery instructions, doors to one address, handles and intumescent strips for fire doors to another, guided me on what I would need and was just brilliant... I would definitely go to this company again if I ever change the doors in my own house

5-star Fantastic Service! Just ordered 12 oak doors through Doors Galore and delighted with the product and service. Special mention to Frankie, who has been absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help us. Three doors were damaged by the manufacturer, but this was spotted and immediately rectified. door was damaged and arrived without any packaging. Contacted immediately, unhelpful and rude response. Do not buy from this cowboy company. Reading the reply from this unworthy comapny, I want to point out that at no point it was indicated that door will be delivered without packaging. It is absolutyely irrelevant who transported the door inside the house and it is absolutely false to state the door was thoroughly inspected. As stated do NOT buy from this company
The door purchased was a timber door blank which does not come covered. The courier booked you in and delivered the door. He lifted the door into the house for you as it is a very heavy door. It was thoroughly inspected by the gentleman at your property and was signed for perfect. If there had been any issue with the door on delivery it could have been pointed out and would have been returned to us with the courier.

Ordered 2 doors kept them in the protective packaging until carpenter was ready to hang them. Once opened found door were damaged, called door galore to report the damage, they insinuated I had damaged the doors, absolute joke of a company. Extremely poor customer service. Can’t even be bothered to deal with them anymore.
The door delivered in good condition. It was in your possession for 1 month prior to the joiner arriving. Although a problem was discovered prior to hanging the door was hung. We ask that doors are inspected prior to hanging so an exchange can be arranged. Once hung we are not able to offer this especially when the door has been hung knowing there was an issue.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Great selections of doors on show. Customer service was impeccable. Will definitely use again.

We ordered 12 doors and initially had an issue in getting these delivered in time. The office team were helpful in giving me the driver's details and Bill (the delivery man) has been an absolute star. He did everything he could to deliver these when we needed them. It is nice to receive personal customer service like this. Very impressed.
