really easy to use and saves me so much time my only complaint is that it isn't good at finding the correct GPU drivers sometimes.

Made my PC inoperable
After installing and running DriverEasy my PC goes thru a cycle of showing the Windows desktop, screen going black, showing the desktop, going black. My laptop is useless. I had to pay a couple hundred dollars to make it useable. Thanks for nothing. You owe me more than a refund.

Driver Easy stopped working .... Replaced .dll file and still not working on Windows 10 machine, was working before update... Was working ..... It works on my Windows 11 machine ...
Driver Easy works well for me.
No regrets
It was fast, affordable, and most importantly, I felt safe with the program making changes to my PC. I was playing It Takes Two with my partner, but it kept crashing, but after updating my drivers with this program, there was no more crashes. It was great.

I struggled to fix my gpu drivers for WEEKS and nothing i did ever solved the issue. I downloaded driver easy and did one single scan/update and it fixed it without me having to do more than click a couple buttons to start the process. Best money I’ve ever spent!

Driver Easy updated approximately 12 drivers on a laptop I recently purchased for a customer. Unfortunately, it didn't update the MediaTek Wi-Fi driver which is apparently not working correctly with a Verizon G3100 router. The symptom is that some websites won't display when using 802.11ax. My laptop using 802.11n can display the Medstar Health Patient Portal just fine.

Windows 10 PC hanging issue finally resolved!
My Windows 10 Pro PC kept having an annoying issue whenever I would do a FILE OPEN or FILE SAVE from my browser or a program it would hang for 20-30 seconds. I kept researching the issue and one of the suggestions was to make sure my PC's drivers were up-to-date. I thought they were because I have other software that monitors my PC, but after getting so frustrated with hanging issue, I found Driver Easy. Within seconds of downloading and installing, it found 20+ drivers that needed updating. I upgraded the software and within minutes the problem was gone! That was a few days ago and I am happy to say it has not happened again. My PC is acting like it should Installed Driver Easy on two of my other PC's and it found a larger number of drives to be updated on each. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Best $30 I have spent in a long time!

If you buy the software it's great however signing up for the trail isn't recommended they'll keep trying to charge you and you'll get no help at all

I have been using Driver Easy for roughly a year on my laptop as well as on my parents' desktop PC. I've been extremely satisfied with this product, especially on my laptop. As many of you will know, searching for drivers manually can be time consuming and often end up with downloads from questionable sources. In particular, Realtek drivers have been a constant problem. No longer with driver easy! In fact, I was actually shocked at how many drivers were out of date on my laptop the first time I ran the scan. What's more, after installing the new drivers, DPC latency issues caused by outdated drivers were completely resolved. For my parents, this is also great since all they have to do is click one button. I also recently contacted their support staff with some questions I had regarding the program and they responded quickly and professionally. This program is not very expensive considering all of the headaches it resolves, so, in my opinion, it's worth it. Thanks!
