E-ITA was simple and fast to obtain an international driving license. I rented a car overseas and they didn’t ask for anything other than my passport. So I didn’t find that I needed it but I had it in case if ever asked for it.

Great service, super fast, reliable. I was in Africa for some volunteering work at the time of the order so I used right away the digital copy. Hard copies arrived with traditional mail in reasonable time back home. Recommended.

Why I say that this E-ITA is excellent? First when I apply my IDP they are very approachable, helpful, they guide me how to do and submit one by one my documents. The price I good, and the processing is pass and reliable. Most of all I have experience recently that my IDL was expired and I renew, but unfortunately by my mistake or misunderstanding o received my renew license and expired very near. And the E-ITA support help me a lot to change my IDP without any charge they shoulder everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH E-ITA for your support and help to all your clients like me. Edited after their response to me on TrustPilot. The issues I had were resolved, actually very efficiently, after I created a ticket at support.e-ita.org I'm waiting for the physical copy but for now I think the service will be as-expected. I could not create a login in this portal but theres an option to create a ticket near the top of the landing page.
Ben - We have a live chat on our website that anyone can use 24/7. The name change is grayed out intentionally as we need to review all document name changes match your identification. But it is an easy fix! We promise we will have this corrected before mailing your documents. The link to our support page: https://support.e-ita.org/support/home Has information on how to change an incorrect spelling. There is also a submit a new support ticket: https://support.e-ita.org/support/home Which our team responds to within 12 hours. (Usually within 3). Send over your email and we will help get this resolved asap.
My documents were returned, although I do not necessitate them at present. They bear an expired date. I shall be finalising it all : address, payment, etc...thank you. Excellent online service!

Quick and easy to use. Digital license almost instant. Physical copies, including plastic card for wallet, came by regular mail in a couple of weeks. No problems.

I didn't get the service I paid for. I paid for express overnight delivery. The package arrived three days later than anticipated, after I had left the delivery address. If it was not possible to do an overnight delivery, I should have been told so that I do not waste my money. Typically, when companies like Amazon advertise overnight delivery, they actually deliver the package overnight. In the case of E-ITA, express mail functioned similarly to regular snail mail. So, who compensates for my not getting the service I paid for?

my experience has been first class with exceptionally speedy service which is truly appreciated. i am a bit confused as to the high cost as i did click on the discount of just 52 dollars offered for service but the total cost ended up being 130 dollars i do know that 20 dollars was added in order to have fed ex delivery. I did not see any chat communications available to talk to someone.I like to have personal conversations with people that work for a business
