We are saddened EO is closing their doors. We live in Southern California but each trip through Madison to visit friends in Northern Wisconsin a stop at EO is a must. Our Swarovski binos purchased at EO have travel to all 7 continents, flown over half a million miles and performed flawlessly. The staff on the phone or in person are the very best in the business. We wish all of you the very best.
I’ve dealt with mike before - he is knowledgeable about binoculars and promptly answers ones questions courteously and precisely. Over the past 30years I’ve purchased 4 high end pairs of binoculars from eagle optics and will sorely miss company’s presence on the binocular selling, and optics in general, field of play. Well done, eagle optics
Ordering was simple and we both love our new binoculars. The only concern was with delivery. Dropping the package on the stoop, ringing the bell and trotting away kind of delivery requires me to stay home all day to retrieve it before someone else decides gift themselves with it.
