Paid but Slow
*Updated review. Got paid. However, it will take some time to get your DVDs/CDs returned if they do not fit their buyback criteria. Eagle Saver bought all my DVDs but two, which happened to be my higher valued DVDs. It took almost a month and several follow-up emails before getting my DVDs back!

The EagleSaver website was easy to use, the process for sending the things I sold was efficient and uncomplicated and worked well, communication was great, and payment made immediately. Now if only old books/CDs/DVDs were worth more! :)

I sent in three different orders recently and received the amount offered each time. The processing and PayPal payments were quick. Just be aware of their minimum dollar limit and average price requirements.

Great experience. The transaction went smoothly. My only drawback was the they want to keep their average at .65 cents an item so they won’t take low offers because it would bring the item average too low.

It was easy to navigate through the process. It was easy to ship my DVDs. It was easy to follow/track. They did everything just like they said they would - notified when they received the shipment and that payment would be issued within 24 hours, and payment was issued. There were no problems. A little disappointed in what they accepted, and the prices were a little less than I expected, but over all it was a very positive experience. I would use them again.

Ripped off and cheated - beware!
The goods I submitted were valued at $13.91. Without any explanation the payout payment I received was $9.93. No explanation was provided. CDs that weren't accepted and apparently removed have not been sent back per their terms. Impossible to contact a person to receive an explanation. Feeling ripped off and cheated. Wouldn't use this service again - it is a scam.
