I needed the item I bought. It is what I expected. Came in a reasonable amount of time. Work as they are suppose to. Without these I am unable to pick anything on the floor up.

Too much handling charges
Great product. Arrived promptly in good shape. The cost for "handling" was $9.00 for two books. Postage was extra. I think this is too high.

Ordering was relatively easy. Product was good value. I had been looking for wedge pillow covers and found them here.

"Everyone needs downtime" is all I have been able to get when going onto their website. That's unacceptable. I would like to comment on quality of items I received as well as look at their products. However, something is amiss.

Hard to cancel order
I ordered incontinence pads for long travel . But they had almost no adhesive to keep them in place. Had a hard time canceling the next shipment.

Good overall experience
Three of the items of clothing I ordered were fine and comfortable. Unfortunately, two other different items were the wrong size, and that was my fault (size I had ordered before), and I had to return them for exchange to the next larger size.
